1、南京工业大学硕士学位论文双向拉伸聚丙稀的结构表征和工艺改进姓名:阚林申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:张雅明20040101南京3-业大学硕士学位论文摘要双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜性能优异,广泛用于食品、医药、化I:、烟草等领域。而BOPP成膜加工性能和薄膜的综合性能与原料聚丙烯树脂(PP)的分子链结构密切相关。扬子石化公司生产的BOPP产品质量一直落后于进L]产品,不能满足巾.场发展的需要。本文从材料的微观结构剖析入于,分别采用温度梯度淋洗分级、凝胶渗透色谱及差示扫描量热、DSC等方法或手段,对比测定了BOPP进口原料和扬子公司所产·树脂的等规度、分子量分布、熔融和等温结晶特
2、性。结果表明:BOPP进口料中含有较多份黾且等规序列较短的高分子组份及超高分子量组份,而这种差别正是进口原材料成膜性能明显优于扬子公刮产品的主要原冈。本文通过对扬子石化公司现有装置及]-艺的改造,提出在第一釜中加入共聚单体乙烯,征第:、一-、四釜巾加入氢气的方法。试产结果表明该方法有效地控制了分子量和等规序列长度及其分布,微观结构与进L】料相近;聚合物的熔融性能、动态流变性和材料力学性能均与进口料相当。经试用BOPP的成膜加工性能及薄膜的综合性能均达到进口料的质量水平。关键词:般向拉仲聚丙烯薄膜(BOPP)结构表征聚内烯生产J.艺】.艺控甫ABSTRACTThebiaxiallyorien

4、llusedtomanufacturethefilmbecauseitsqualitywasnotasgoodastheabroadones.Basedfromanalysisofthemorphologicalstructureinthiswork,theresinproducedbyYangtzeCo.andabroadonewerecharacterizedbythemethodsoftemperaturedegreeclassification,GelpermeationchromatogaphyandDifferentialscanningcalorimetrytodetermi
5、netheirisotacticitiesandsectiondistributions,moleculardistribution,meltingbehaviorandisothermalcrystallizationrates.TheresultsshowedthattheessentialdifferencewastheabroadBOPPresinhadmuchbroadmolecularweightdistributionwithshortisotacticitysectionthanourresin.Theequipmentwasthenimproved,andapractic
6、altechnologywasalsosuggestedThemonomerofethylenewasaddedinthefirstreactortoformthecopolymer,andhydrogenwasaddedtothefollowingthreereactors.Asresults,themorphologicalstructureoftheproductwasclosetothatoftheabroadwithsuitablemolecularweightdistribution,isotacticityandsectiondistribution.Themeltingbe
