1、西南农业大学硕士学位论文基于GIS的土地利用规划管理信息系统建设研究姓名：李兵申请学位级别：硕士专业：农业机械化工程指导教师：左源瑞20030601中文摘要土地利用规划是根据土地开发利用的自然和社会经济特点，对土地利用现状和后备土地资源潜力进行综合分析研究，在预测土地利用变化的基础上，根据需要和可能提出规划期内的土地利用目标和基本方针并保证实施。在当前，土地利用规划存在对资料缺乏有效的管理方法、信息处理速度慢、信息难以共享、规划方法落后等不足之处。而地理信息系统(GIS)则是解决这一问题的最佳选择。GIS是信息技术的一个重要组成部分，在

2、信息社会中具有越来越重要的位置。传统的GIS软件不能完全满足OlS应用的需求，也不符合软件技术发展的潮流，在许多方面面临严峻的挑战。组件式GIS(ComGIS)是基于组件开发技术的新一代GIS，是解决传统GIS所面临问题的全新技术体系。本文讨论了GIS软件技术体系的发展、GIS的不同开发方式、ComGIS的现状及发展趋势，提出了运用当今流行的组件技术，研制土地利用规划管理信息系统，来满足县级土地管理部门的土地利用规划业务工怍需求。最后，笔者运用通用开发语言VB和组件式GIS工具软件Maplnfo、MapX集成二次开发出土地利用规划管理信
