1、内蒙古农业大学硕士学位论文灌木平茬机切割装置数字化开发研究姓名:姜岩岩申请学位级别:硕士专业:农业机械化工程指导教师:刘伟峰20080501摘要沙生灌木在生长到一定年限后都需要进行平茬复壮,然而,由于沙生灌木自身的植物特性和特殊的生长环境,导致传统的割灌设备很难满足采伐的需求。因设计开发技术难度大、投资高、回报低等原因,目前还没有理想的沙生灌木平茬专用机具。针对以上的情况,本文提出了沙生灌木平茬机整机设计方案。设计采用机械手臂式结构,解决仿形切割的难点。在对柠条灌木锯切特性分析后,建立了柠条材锯切功率分析
2、模型,在此基础上设计了旋转式切割装置。在切割装置的结构设计中引入数字化设计技术,提高了产品设计质量,缩短了开发周期。首先,在Pro/Engineer软件中进行参数化建模和组件装配:其后,导入ADAMS中对模型进行运动学与动力学分析,得出液压马达空载与最大负载状况下输出扭矩、输出功率、供油压力曲线图等,同时还得到了对今后进行物理样机研制和产品系列化开发有价值的结构、参数和分析方法,对沙生灌木平茬机的设计,具有一定的参考价值。关键词:沙生灌木;旋转式切割装置;建模;仿真;数字化设计StudyandDevelo
