4、internalcoolingsystemwillbeoptimizedtoprovideevencoolingtothecomponentsandthedie.Theheatstoredinthedieandthecomponentsisstudiedwithimageprocessing.Basedonthegeometricalprofileofthecomponents,coolingchannelscanberedesignedtoimprovethecoolingefficiencywhilethecoolingti
