4、terialorfabrication,itmustpromptlynotifyNTNinwriting.InnoeventshallsuchnotificationbereceivedbyNTNlaterthan13monthsfromthedateofdelivery.Withinareasonabletimeaftersuchnotification,NTNwill,atitsoption,(a)correctanyfailureoftheproducttoconformtodrawings,spe
5、cificationsoranydefectinmaterialorworkmanship,witheitherreplacementorrepairoftheproduct,or(b)refund,inpartorinwhole,thepurchaseprice.Suchreplacementandrepair,excludingchargesforlabor,isatNTN'sexpense.Allwarrantyservicewillbeperformedatservicecentersdesign
6、atedbyNTN.Theseremediesarethepurchaser'sexclusiveremediesforbreachofwarranty.NTNdoesnotwarrant(a)anyproduct,componentsorpartsnotmanufacturedbyNTN,(b)defectscausedbyfailuretoprovideasuitableinstallationenvironmentfortheproduct,(c)damagecausedbyuseoftheprod
