2、不同方法的差异，能够为我国道路交通建设项目评价提供一定的理论依据，为决策管理部门及评价工作者提供参考。因此，对道路交通建设项目评价指标与评价方法进行研究具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文首先对道路交通建设项目评价系统进行分析，阐述其基本内涵，并确定以系统思想作为道路交通建设项目评价研究的理论基础。其次，在前文分析的基础上，从评价指标体系的构建、指标的筛选方法、指标的标准化方法和指标权重的确定方法四个方面，对道路交通建设项目评价指标体系相关理论进行了深入分析与总结。再次，选择在道路交通建设项目评价中具有推广应
