2、属性。“城中村”问题是我国城市化进程中公认的难题，“城中村”发展的无序、混乱已经严重影响了城市经济、社会、环境、建设的可持续发展，制约了城市有机体的J下常运转，对其进行改造也日益迫切。目前西安市的城市化水平以达40％以上，进入了城市化的加速发展时期。西安“城中村”的整治改造工作己全面展开，为防止“城中村”改造失控，及早进行规划引导，本论文试通过对西安“城中村”的现状分析并借鉴外地“城中村”改造的经验，来探寻西安“城中村”改造规划的途径。本论文从西安“城中村”的实际着手，依据西安市总体规划，对西安“城中村”的用地、建设、产业结构及市政交通公用
