2、对提高码头装卸速度、加强车船周转、确保商品按时送达、缩短商品流通时间均有十分重要的意义和作用。因此，集疏运系统是控制港口物流服务效率与效益的关键所在。本文在有关港口物流研究的基础上，通过概述港口物流集疏运系统的研究现状，提出了集疏运系统在港口物流效率发挥方面所起的关键作用；针对港口物流普遍存在的集疏运瓶颈问题，分析了港口物流集疏运系统结构、功能；根据系统协调优化原则，借鉴深圳盐田港道路集疏运系统规划方案，以预测物流需求量为出发点，确定了港口物流集疏运系统协调优化步骤，以现代化信息技术为支撑，对集疏运系统业务流程进行了一体化设计：最后，提
