2、货物制定运输方案提供一种理论依据和技术支持。本文首先较全面的对大件货物的运输方式、运输线路、运输设备选择以及安全运输影响因素进行了详细分析；其次，本文运用了费用和时间指标构建立了大件货物运输方式选择模型和公路大件运输路线选择模型，同时针对不同的运输方式，制定出适合于大件货物的装载、加固以及运输管理方案；然后以溪洛渡水电站变压器运输作为案例，依次拟定出了合适的运输方式、装载方案、加固方案，运输管理方案，为实现变压器“门到门"运输作好了充分准备。最后，结合实际，根据人工步骤构建了大件货物运输决策支持系统，

3、并对该系统的各个决策支持模块(数据管理模块、运输方式选择模块、人机交互模块)进行了构想；并运用PB建立了大件货物运输决策支持系统界面。本文依据大件货物相关运输规则和运输组织理论，采用理论分析的方法，实现了理论研究与实践应用的充分结合。关键词：运输方式选择；稳定性；决策支持系统；变压器ABSTRACTAlongwithChina’Selectricpower,energy,metallurgy,chemical，buildingmaterial，andotherlargeprojectshavebeen
