2、理中人因的研究和应用。通过对问题的分析总结，第六章提出航空安全管理的方法，建议主要采取四个方面的措施：1．建立多渠道报告制度，扩大事故统计面。2．引入事故树分柝法建立科学的事故分析体系并用人因的观点分析问题。3．建立科学合理的规章体系。4．重视人为因素的研究，紧紧围绕人这一要素开展安全管理工作。第～点着重解决事故统计分析有关统计方面的问题。后三点着重于事故原因分析与预防措施的制定。事故树分析的结果表明人为因素是现代航空事故最重要的因素。因此，人为因素的研究是保证航空安全的重中之重，也是本文的重点。_[本文的目的在于理清事故瓮析、预防的思路，介绍事故分析、预防的方
