1、东南大学硕士学位论文城市中心区火车站交通资源优化及用地开发模式研究姓名：郑晏群申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通运输规划与管理指导教师：李旭宏20090601摘要城市中心区是城市中聚集大量金融、商业、贸易、信息及中介服务机构，拥有众多商务办公、酒店、公寓等配套设施，具备完善的市政交通与通讯条件，便于现代商务活动的黄金地带，而火车站的存在，却给予了一个鱼龙混杂的形象。中心区的火车站割裂了城市的整体发展，如何处理中心区火车站和城市中心区整体发展的关系，是一个值得研究的问题。本文首先从分析城市中心区的特征入手，指出了城市中心区存在的主要交通问题；对城市中心区与非中心区

2、火车站的特点进行了对比。由此，提出了中心区火车站及其周边区域存在的交通问题，并提出了相应的改善措施。在此基础上，论文进一步对中心区火车站交通资源优化措施进行了研究。提出从三个方面对中心区火车站交通资源进行优化。建立了优化城市对外交通需求分配模型，来减小中心区火车站的交通发生吸引量，分离中心区火车站的部分功能，达到控制中心区火车站交通需求的目的；通过对中心区火车站周边路网及集散道路系统的改善和交通诱导系统的引入，达到分离以火车站为目的的交通流和过境交通流的效果；建立中心区火车站枢纽换乘时间最短模型，优化中心区火车站枢纽的换乘衔接、场站布局和内部交通组织以改善

3、中心区火车站自身的交通资源配置。其后，论文研究了中心区火车站交通资源优化对中心区火车站区域用地开发的影响。在对城市中心区及交通枢纽地区土地利用模式以及国外中心区火车站周边区域开发经验进行总结的基础上，提出了我国城市中心区火车站区域三种用地开发模式。最后，将本文提出的城市中心区火车站交通资源优化方法和中心区火车站区域用地开发模式应用于郑州火车站的改造方案，将原本割裂郑州中心区发展的火车站改造为促进郑州中心区发展的有机组成部分。关键词：城市中心区；火车站；交通资源优化；用地开发模式AbstractThecentralareaofacityisthegolden
