2、外相关文献资料，从优化和评价两个方面对城市交通组织管理进行了详细研究，在分析城市中心区交通特性的基础上，引入以公交交通为引导的发展模式(TOD)、交通需求管理(TDM)和城市空间发展理论，分析了它们之间的相互作用机理以及对交通组织管理优化的理念指引，进而分别从宏观、微观和区域三个方面对中心区的整体的交通组织管理优化提出了措施和方法，并运用基于多层次分析法的模糊评价方法建立了对优化效果的评价模型。本文提倡基于可持续发展的一体化交通需求管理，使交通组织管理体现绿色的思想，所有模型方法都以南昌市为例进行实例分析，旨在弥补本领域研究的不足，同时希望能为实际生产起到理论指导作用。关键词
