2、进物流技术和现代信息管理模式引入企业经营管理之中。因此，企业物流基地规划建设是一个非常重要并且具有现实意义的研究课题，这也是本论文研究的出发点。本文从物流基地的概念入手，阐述了物流基地规划理论，然后分析了我国物流基地建设和发展现状及存在的问题，为后面的研究构建了基本的理论框架。在此基础上，以D公司企业物流基地为研究对象，对其腹地经济和物流市场需求进行了详尽的分析，利用混沌时间序列方法对物流量进行了准确的预测；并且站在整个区域经济发展的角度，详细地分析了物流基地建设的必要性，并对其进行了准确的市场定位和功能界定；之后制定了详细的规划建设方案，并对建设方
