1、摘要IIIIIIIIIIIllllllllIIIIIIIIY2403101随着经济全球化及Internet技术的发展，中国网民数量急剧增大。根据第31次中国互联网络发展状况统计报告显示：截至2012年12月底，中国网民规模突破5亿，达到5．64亿，较上一年增加5090万。学生是网民中规模最大的群体，占比为25．1％。高校学生课余时间上网主要集中在学生公寓内，因而学生公寓网络管理研究非常有意义，成为高校致力解决的一个问题。高校有着丰富的人力资源，建立一套完善的学生网管员的招聘、培训、薪酬福利、管理体系，并使之应用于学生公寓网管员管理当中，可以有效解决学生公寓网络管理中的诸

2、多问题。目前很多高校都有学生网管员或者类似的学生组织，但是由于缺乏科学的管理体系，不能很好地发挥学生网管员应有的作用。本文首先通过阅读国内外网络管理和学生网管员管理研究的相关文献，了解当前高校学生公寓学生网管员管理研究状况，形成对高校学生公寓网管员管理的一般印象；其次，对江西省九江市的高校学生公寓网络管理现状进行调研，结合文献分析总结目前高校学生公寓网络管理存在的问题；第三，构建高校学生公寓网管员管理模型，提出高校学生公寓网管员管理方案；最后对论文中存在的不足进行总结和展望。关键词：高校；学生公寓；网管员；管理；研究II摘要ABSTRACTWiththedevelopm
