1、高密市小城镇建设发展研究学位论文完成日期指导教师签字答辩委员会成员签字高密市小城镇建设发展研究摘要小城镇是经济发展的重要载体，城镇化道路是决定我国经济社会发展的重要内容。发展小城镇是推动我国经济发展的重要途径，对于解决我国三农问题，实现城乡经济统筹发展意义重大。党的十六大报告指出，困扰我国实现全面小康社会目标的限制性条件就是“我国城乡二元经济结构还没有改变，地区差距扩大的趋势尚未扭转，贫困人口比重上升，就业和社会保障压力增大；生态环境、自然资源和经济社会发展的矛盾日益突出”。高密市作为我国东部沿海地

2、区的典型代表，近几年进行了两次乡镇合并，规划设立了多个功能园区，小城镇建设发展取得了一定的成绩，但是，与兄弟县市区的寿光、青州相比，高密市的小城镇建设发展还没有形成自己的特色。本文通过对高密市小城镇建设发展现状的调查研究，采用数据对比等方法，针对高密市小城镇发展中遇到的问题，提出了一些有针对性的解决办法，可以为高密市小城镇建设发展提供重要的参考和借鉴。针对高密市提出的依托青岛发展的思路，重点以东部新区为例，阐述了发展中需注意的问题及发展策略。关键词：高密市小城镇发展研究THECONSTRUCTION
