1、摘要本论文系统研究了Si02低介电常数微波介质材料的制备、相组成、微结构及微波介电性能,讨论了其微波介电性能随结构、微结构的变化规律。通过不同方法制备了致密的非晶Si02块体材料,并研究了其微波介电性能。对于通过固相烧结法制备的Si02非晶试样,其介电常数£,和Qf值都随着烧结时间的延长而升高,而谐振频率温度系数tf则随烧结时间的延长而降低。在1100oC下烧结5小时制得的试样具有如下最佳微波介电性能:£,=3.72,Qf=44,300GHz,tf=.14.4ppm/oC。而通过放电等离子烧结法和熔融法制备的Si02非晶试样则接近完全致密,并具有更好的微波介电性能:对于放电等离子烧结法
2、,£,=3.90,Qf=63,500GHz,百f=-5.7pprrfC;对于熔融法,£,=3.83,Qf---122,100GHz,tf=-8.3pprrfC。通过固相烧结法制备了致密的方石英相Si02陶瓷。随着烧结温度的升高,其介电常数£,和谐振频率温度系数Tf变化不大,而其Qf值则显著提高,这缘于随烧结温度升高而逐渐增大的晶粒尺寸。在1650oC下烧结3小时得到的方石英陶瓷试样具有如下最佳微波介电性能:£,=3.81,Qf=80,400GHz,tf=.16.1ppm/oC。关键词:Si02,低介电常数,微波介质材料浙江大学硕士学位论文ⅡAbstractThepreparation,
