1、上海师范大学硕士学位论文摘要本文以审美为中心，以老年身心健康为前提，通过社会调查得到有利数据，对老年合唱审美活动中心理对生理的影响、老年合唱活动的选曲方式以及演唱形式、听唱关系、参加比赛是否有利等展开研究与讨论以及老年合唱中如何开展审美活动进行相关思考，并提出一些合理的建议。本文还对老年合唱活动的外延效应进行了研讨。本文的研究，旨在客观的评价上海老年合唱的现状，将老年合唱健康问题由生理健康提高到心理健康；以选曲方式要尊重老年人审美主动性为前提来探讨老年人的各种审美活动的方式；在听唱关系中把握老年人应该

2、采取的比重关系，体现老年审美的特殊性；并对老年人参加比赛进行客观的评价，以修正相关弊端，推进以审美为核心的老年合唱活动，让老年合唱活动更符合老年人的愿望，提高老年人的审美效应。本文运用了问卷调查与数据统计与采纳；文献综述；心理学、生理学、社会学研究借鉴：老年合唱现状分析；可行性建议论证；审美效应解析等方法。本文是将“老年合唱”与“审美”相结合，为老年合唱的发展与研究提供了一个新的角度，使得老年合唱走上可持续发展的道路。让老年人的晚年更加丰富多彩，让老年合唱活动给老年人带去更多美的享受。关键词：老年合唱
