1、辽宁师范大学硕士学位论文摘要．随着互联网技术的飞速发展，计算机技术的不断更新，电子资源的数量和种类急剧增加，图书馆在电子资源管理和服务上面临着越来越多的挑战。一方面，图书馆利用电子资源能够给用户提供信息量巨大，内容丰富，形式多样的信息服务，如何对这些电子资源进行有效的管理是图书馆面临的紧迫任务。另一方面，图书馆如何利用已有的电子资源管理系统给用户提供全面、准确、及时的信息服务是新形式下图书馆面临的又一大难题。因此，图书馆在电子资源信息管理和服务上应该采用自动化的管理系统以提高服务效率和质量。本文首先从国内外电子

2、资源管理系统发展进行阐述，指出了电子资源管理系统的发展趋势。然后采用系统分析的方法，提出了电子资源管理系统构建所要遵循的原则以及功能需求。具体的给出了电子资源管理系统的系统结构、流程设计和功能模块，并在此基础上依据Smartclient和Webservice技术实现电子资源管理系统的功能模块和服务。同时建立了电子资源管理系统评价指标体系。通过以上的论述，能够对于我国电子资源管理系统的建立提供一定的借鉴作用。关键词：电子资源管理；系统；服务体系；评价指标-L1B一辽宁师范大学硕士学位论文AbstractAlong
