2、摘要:对不同耐盐性植物厚叶石斑木(Raphiolepisumbellata)、桑(Morusalba)和月季(Rosachinensis)在盐胁迫下的新梢、新根生长量等形态指标,以及Na、K、Na/K,游离脯氨酸、叶绿素含量、光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等生理指标的比较研究表明:盐对3种植物生长的影响随浓度的升高和胁迫时间的延长而增加;Na、K等无机离子是厚叶石斑木主要的渗透调节物质,而在桑和月季中则为游离脯氨酸;叶绿素含量、光合速率等生理指标随盐浓度升高先升后降,变化幅度:月季>桑>厚叶石斑木;3种植
