2、的税收优惠政策、给付机制、治理结构、企业年金基金投资和监管等其他需考虑的相关因素方面分析了企业年金计划运行机制框架。考虑中国企业年金现实，论文分析了补充养老保险的探索阶段、企业年金初步试点阶段、企业年金制度整体框架初步形成等中国企业年金发展的三个阶段。并对我国现阶段企业年金运行的总体状况和管理模式进行了梳理与现状评价，进而分析了企业年金对中国企业在人力资源管理上的具体作用。考虑中国企业的实际，在总结中国企业特征与年金需求基础上，对其适应的企业年金计划类型和相应适用性进行了案例分析。作为年金的具体实现，论文对太原钢铁公司热连轧厂年金可行性方案进行
