4、cerajaponicaThunb.wasconstructedbyusingUPGMAmethod.TheHPLCmethodwasusedtoestablishHPLCfingerprintandtodeterminethecontentsofchlorogenicacid,caffeicacid,luteolinandischlorogenicacidAofJizhaostrainofLonicerajaponicaThunb.Results:15highlystableandrepeatab

5、leISSRprimers(selectedfrom50primerstested)detectedatotalof309bands,inwhichtherewere240polymorphicbands,andthepercentageofpolymorphicbandswas77.67%.TheresultindicatedthattheJizhaostrainofLonicerajaponicaThunb.hadabundantgeneticdiversity.Thegeneticsimila

6、ritycoefficientsamong12cultivarswerefrom0.6408to0.8738.Andthestrainwasdividedintotwoclusterswhensimilaritycoefficientwas0.68,ShandongandHenanXinmi,whichwerecorrespondentwiththeirgeographicalregions.HPLCmethodwasusedtobuildthechemicalfingerprintofthe12c
