3、esofactionwithintheframeworkofHRM.HRauditingisabasictoolforthemanagementofacompany.Itsobjectiveisnotonlythecontrolandquantifyingofresults,butalsotheadoptionofawiderperspectivethatwillaidindefiningfuturelinesofactionintheHRMfield.Thus,HRauditingmustperformtwobasicfunctions[
4、Cantera,1995].First,itmustbeamanagementinformationsystemwhosefeedbackprovidesinformationaboutthesituationinordertofacilitatethedevelopmentofmanagingprocessesorthedevelopmentofHR.Ontheotherhand,itmustbeawayofcontrollingandevaluatingthepoliciesthatarebeingapplied,aswellasthe
5、establishedprocesses.Itcanbeunderstoodthatinordertosecuretheoperativeefficiencyanduserorclientsatisfaction,anappraisaloftheresultsoftheHRfunctionisnecessary.Accordingtothisapproach,theresultsobtainedcanbevaluedfromcertainHRpolicies(anexternaltypeofmeasurement),orfromtheres
