2、后,织物各项服用性能和外观的变化情况。用模糊数学的方法构建SPF针织物洗涤性能和洗涤工艺优选的模型。初步设想用模糊模型识别法构建织物洗后外观及性能评价的数学模型。研究表明:选用干洗法更能保持SPF针织物的原样,但对加入氨纶的织物,干洗后局部有起泡(松弛)现象;SPF针织物适合用较轻柔力量洗涤,洗涤时间不宜长,洗涤温度以室温为好;用丝毛洗涤剂洗涤和翻滚干燥对保持织物原有性能有积极的作用。用模糊数学方法可对织物洗涤性能、洗涤工艺进行比较客观、综合、可量化的评价。关键词大豆蛋白复合纤维;针织物;洗涤性能

5、dafterwashingwithdifferenttechnologies.ModelsofwashingperformanceandwashingmethodoptimizationofknittedSPFfabricswereconstructedwithFuzzyMathematicsmethod.Amathematicmodelforestimatingtheperformanceandappearanceoffabricsafterwashingwasprimarilyworkedou
6、twithFuzzyModelIdentification.Theresultsshowedthatdry-cleaningisbetterforknittedSPFfabricstokeeptheiroriginalperformanceandappearance.However,slightcrinkle(relaxation)phenomenonoccurredatcertainpartsofthefabricscontainingspandexafterdry-cleaning.Itisb
