1、妊娠对育龄妇女骨代谢的影响中文摘要目的:通过对不同年龄段孕妇骨代谢指标的跟踪检测,探讨妊娠对不同年龄孕妇骨代谢的影响。方法:选择2012年9月至2013年11月在我院产科孕期查胎至足月住院分娩的持续补钙单胎健康初产孕妇120名为调查对象,同时选取120名健康未孕女性为对照组,年龄分段为20.25,25.30,30.35,35.40共4组(25岁及25岁之前为25岁组,30岁及30岁之前为30岁组,35岁及35岁之前为35岁组,40岁及40岁之前为40岁组)。于怀孕16w和32w抽取空腹血,检测血清骨代谢生化指标:血清骨钙素(BGP)、I型胶原交联羧基末端肽
2、(CTx)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清钙(Ca)、磷(P)、镁(Mg)浓度。并于产后5天内应用双能X线测量桡骨密度。所得数据进行统计学处理,观察各年龄段骨代谢标志物及骨密度的变化规律。结果:健康对照组不同年龄组BGP、CTX、ALP比较均有显著差异(p<0.01)。孕16周与孕32周血清骨钙素(BGP)分别是25.80士15.05ng/ml、25.64+10.87ng/ml;I型胶原交联羧基末端肽(CTX)分别是0.40加.23ng/ml、0.41:L-0.21ng/ml;血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)分别是42.27+8.06u/L、43.73士11.73
