2、索多孔材料制备的规整填料的分离性能,本文对电沉积法制备的泡沫铁铬镍规整填料和泡沫铁镍规整填料进行了流体力学和传质实验。实验结果表明,这两种泡沫金属填料的通量大、压降低、泛点气速高,具有较好的操作弹性。在实验条件下,泡沫铁铬镍规整填料的理论塔板数可以达到3块以上,泡沫铁镍规整填料的理论塔板数可以达到2块以上。与工业上常用的几种传统填料相比,泡沫铁铬镍规整填料的综合性能比5/8鲍尔环的好,与M250Y的相当。同时,在十四面体的基础上,利用实验数据拟合了这两种泡沫金属填料的压降关联式和液泛气速关联式。本文对比了四种泡沫规整填料的实验结果,讨论了填料比表面积、孔隙率、孔径、孔道骨架结构和尺
3、寸对泡沫规整填料内部流动和传质的影响,发现孔道骨架结构和尺寸是影响气液流动和传质效率的重要因素,并给出了实验范围内泡沫规整填料的最佳结构参数参考范围,为泡沫填料在工业上的开发和应用提供了理论依据。关键词:泡沫铁铬镍泡沫铁镍规整填料流体力学传质性能IABSTRACTInordertoexploretheseparationperformanceofstructuredpackingsmanufacturedbyporousfoams,thehydronamicperformanceandmass-transferefficiencyoftwoelectrodepositedfoams
