1、新时期我国高校国有资产管理模式创新研究中文摘要本文主要研究新时期我国国有高校国有资产管理，从高校国有资产管理模式创新为切入点，采用公共管理理论、产权理论和创新理论的理论工具，研究新时期高校国有资产产权及管理模式。文章根据国内高校的实践经验，对国有资产管理中存在的国有资产流失严重、国有资产使用效率低下、国有资产配置不公平等问题综合分析，探寻我国高校国有资产管理存在问题的原因。在此基础上，结合我国高等教育事业快速发展的趋势，提出了新时期高校国有资产管理模式的创新思路。即构建高校国有资产使用管理创新体系；构建高校国有
