1、上皮性卵巢癌组织中ER13与p—ERKl／2的表达及临床意义中文摘要目的：探讨上皮性卵巢癌组织中雌激素受体B(ERB)、磷酸化细胞外信号调控蛋白激酶1，2(p-ERKl／2)的表达及两者的相关性。方法：应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术和免疫组织化学SP法分别从mRNA及蛋白水平检测70例上皮性卵巢癌、24例卵巢良性肿瘤、24例正常卵巢组织中ERB和p-ERKl／2的表达，并分析其与临床病理特征之间的关系及两者的相关性。结果：(1)卵巢癌组织中ERBmRNA相对表达水平(O．3764±O．9826)显著低于卵巢良性肿瘤(0．4900±0。3742)及正常卵巢组织(0．4980±0。0
