6、llofcajal,ICC)的分布特点与含量改变,全面评估ICC在STC发病机制中的作用。对象和方法:选取24只健康Wistar大鼠,6-8周龄,体质量(120±10)g,随机分为正常对照组(thecontrolgroup)和STC模型组(themodelgroup)(n=12)。模型组给予含复方苯乙哌啶混悬液灌胃,对照组给予同等剂量的生理盐水灌胃,每5d记录1次大鼠大便粒数、大便干质量及大鼠体质量。饲养90d后停药1周,测定胃肠道传输时间,大鼠解剖后随机选取胃窦、小肠、结肠组织,进行苏木精-伊

7、红染色,以观察STC大鼠胃肠道组织的病理组织学变化。并对ICC的特异性标志物c-kit细胞进行免疫组化染色,观察ICC在STC大鼠胃肠道不同部位的分布情况及数量变化。采用SPSS16.0统计软件包进行统计分析,计量资料结果以x±s表示,计数资料以例数(百分比)来表示。两组间差异显著性检验采用t检验,等级资料采用秩和检验。以P<0.05提示差异有统计学意义。结果:实验动物全部进入结果分析(无死亡记录)。(1)STC模型组日均粪便粒数21.17±7.00粒/d少于对照组34.43±4.61粒/d,平

8、均每粒粪便质量175.10±27.70mg/粒大于对照组143.03±24.89mg/粒,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)模型组首粒黑便排出时间为475.43±62.37min,长于对照组的350.5±103.84min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)造模第5d两组间的平均体质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而造模第90d两组间的平均体质量模型组为346.08±25.25g,明显低于对照组415.57±18.31g,存在明显统计学差异(P<0.01)。(4)两组大鼠胃窦、小
