1、万方数据中文摘要1IlluminaMiseq测序平台能够测序肠道中所有微生物DNA序列,全面分析肠道微生物落的多样性和丰度,满足对肠道微生物群落的全面认识。2对剖宫产儿肠道微生物群进行了全面分析:(1)在门水平上,共检测出14个菌门,98%.99%以上主要为5个菌门,分别为厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)及CandidatedivisionTM7。(2)在属水平上共测得183个菌属,主要有埃希氏菌属、双歧杆菌属、克雷伯氏菌属、梭状芽胞杆菌属、韦荣球菌属、乳球菌属、芽
2、孢杆菌属、假单胞菌属等。3动态随访观察了剖宫产儿生后肠道微生物群的初始定植、分布和演替3.1门水平上,剖宫产儿生后6个月内优势菌门为厚壁菌门和变形菌门,丰度较高,其次还有放线菌门和拟杆菌门。出生后随时间推移,厚壁菌门和放线菌门是增加的;变形菌门和拟杆菌门是降低的。3.2属水平上,剖宫产儿出生后第1天粪便样本已有大量细菌定植,主要为乳球菌属、芽孢杆菌属及假单胞菌属等需氧菌和兼性厌氧菌,其大量生长繁殖消耗消化道内大量氧气,降低了肠道内酸碱度和氧化还原电位,为后期厌氧菌的定植打下基础,也表现出后期需氧菌和兼性厌氧菌定植的急剧减少,专性厌氧菌如双歧杆菌属、梭状芽胞杆菌属、肠球菌属及韦荣球菌属的快
