4、TRAN语言编程实现了高比转速混流泵叶轮的水力设计.给出采用流线迭代法求解轴面流动,应用逐点积分法进行叶片绘形,在轴面上进行叶片加厚和在保角变换平面上进行叶片头部、尾部修圆的基本理论和方法;讨论了轮毂比、速度矩分布函数、叶片进出口边位置等对设计计算结果的影响.该方法有效地提高了设计效率,具有设计计算精度高、得到的叶片表面光滑、叶片表面数据齐全、便于数控机床加工制造等特点,为高比转速混流泵系列叶轮的研发提供了一个平台.关键词:混流泵;二元理论;叶轮设计;CAD中图分类号:TH313文献标识码:A文章编号:1671-7775(20
