3、y17%oftotalgeneratingcapacity.Therebyincreasingtheefficiencyofthepumpisnecessarytoenergyconservationwhichalsohasaveryimportantsignificanceoncreatingaresource-savingsociety.Mixed-flowpumpsaremoreandmorewidelyappliedtoindustrialandagriculturalproduction,therequirementoftheperformance
4、ofthemixed-flowpumpbecomeincreasinglyhigh.Whentheworkingconditiondeviatesfromthedesignedcondition,theflowfiledatimpelleroutletdoesnotmatchwellwiththeflowfieldatvoluteinlet,whichwillleadtotheefficiencydropofmixed-flowpump.Reasonabledesignofmixed-flowpumpimpellerandvolutecanimproveth
5、edistributionofflowfield,andthenimprovethehydraulicperformanceofthemixed-flowpump.Basedontheoreticalanalysis,numericalsimulationandmodelexperimentresearchmethods,impellerandvolutematchingoptimizationofhighspecificmixed-flowpumpwithvolutewereconducted.Thispaperdevelopedahigh-perform
6、ancemixed-flowpumpmodelwithdoublevoluteswhosensequalsto585withthetargetofperfectmatchbetweenimpellerandvoluteunderdifferentflowrateconditions.Thefullthree-dimensionalnumericalcalculationinternalflowfieldandradialforceoftheoptimaldesignedhighspecificspeedmixed-flowpumpwithdoublevolu
7、teswasinvestigated.Numericalsimulationofthepumpusedthestandardκ-εturbulencemodel.Theκ-εturbulencemodelwasconsideredtobeamodelwhichcanpredictthehydraulicperformanceandsimulatetheinternalflowfieldaccurately.Thecalculationdomaincontainsinletpipe,runner,volute,outletpipe.Andthemeshofin
