5、theseCWTsandtheirEnglishversionsandtodiscussthepragmaticfailuresoftheseversions．Meanwhile，viewsofwesterncustomersonChinesetrademarksandtheirEnglishtranslationwereanalyzedonthebasisofaninternationdlquestionnairesurvey．Throughcontrastbetweenandanalysisofthetwosurveys，thisthesisconcludesthatthe
