1、风叶的注塑模设计摘要本文以PA为材料的风叶为例,主要介绍了注塑模具的设计。此模具在设计时,充分考虑了生产批量、以提高生产效率、降低生产成本为主要宗旨。通过对一个塑件的全面分析,选用合适的注塑机,确定模具的结构方案,再通过模具型芯、型腔等相关设计,绘制模具的零件图、装配图,完成设计,为了更进一步清楚形象的了解模具的结构设计过程,这次毕业设计使用UGNX6.0与AutoCAD软件设计,给设计带来了很大的方便。关键词:风叶加工工艺塑料模软件应用页脚InjectionmolddesignAbstract:Thetextmainlyintroducestonotethedesignofthemo
