2、nglyimportantroleinthemicro-formingmanufacturing.Microstampingswhichwereassistedbyvibrationcouldrestrainthecrackinitiationandgrowth,reducingtheproportionofteartapebutimprovingeuphoticbelt,reducingthedeformationresistanceandfrictionofmaterials.Sothestudyofinfluenceruleinb
3、lankingforceandqualitybyvibrationassistedmicro-blankingisveryimportant.Inthisdissertation,themoldstructurewithperfectvibrationassistedmicro-blankingsystemwasdesignedthroughrationalchooseofvibrationsource.Itcouldmakethestudyofchangeruleinblankingforceandqualitybyvibration
4、assistedicro-blankingbecomerealize.Thetruestress-straincurvesofmaterialwithdifferentgrainsizeweretestedbyuniaxialtension.Theresultsshowthatwiththeincreaseofgrainsize,thetensilestrengthdecreasesgradually.Theupsettingexperimentindicatedthestressintensityofvibrationassisted
5、wassmallerthanordinaryupsetting,ledtoanobviousvibrationsofteningeffect.Comparedwithordinarymicro-blanking,theliquidlubricantcouldledtogreatlyreduceinmaximumblankingforcethantheeffectofvibrationassistedunderdifferentlubricationconditions,whilethesolidlubricantscouldmakema
6、ximumblankingrising.Theupsettingexperimentindicatedthestressintensityofvibrationassistedwassmallerthanordinaryupsetting.Assistedbyvibration,theimpactofchangingblankingclearanceandgrainsizeforMicro-blankingwasstudied.Theresultsshowthatwiththeincreaseoftheblankingclearance
7、,theblankingforcewoulddecreasefirstly,andthenincreaseinaspecificrange,whiletheroughnessofeuphoticbeltwouldincreasing.Withtheincreasingofgrainsize,theproportionofcuttingforceandeuphoticzonewoulddecreasing.Comparedwiththeordinarymicro-blanking,vibrationassistedblankingcanm
