3、triesbyfarmstructure,andthetypeofbenefitreceived.Weexplainthefeespaidbyfarmersforlobbyingbyothercountriesfees,politicalvariables,andcountryandregionalagriculturalcharacteristics.Themodelshowsthatsomemembercountriesfreerideonotherssuggestingaformofpolicypathdependency.KeywordsFree-ri
