3、gherandhigher.Sogelcastingbeingappliedtothepiezoelectricceramicpreparationhasimportantsignificance.Thispaper。studiestherelatedtechnologiesofpreparingPZTceramicsbygelcasting.WefirstdiscussedthepHvalue,stirringtime,amountofdispersingagentandsolidvolumecontentontheviscosityofthes

4、lurrypropertiesofslurry,whenpH=12,PMAA—NH4asthedispersingagent.addingceramicpowderquality0.15%,3000r/minspeedstirringf1)r15minutes,gotthelowestviscosityofslurry,solidvolumecontentupto60v01%.Thefactorsaffectinggelcuringtimewerestudied.Throughthestudyfoundthat,thegelcuringtimewa

5、sshortenedastheamountofAMincreasing,atthesametime,greenstrengthandotherperformancechanged.Incasetodeterminemonomercontent,wecanachieveprecisecontrolofgelcuringtimepurposebyadjustingtheamountofinitiatorandcatalyst.InaccordancewiththerequirementsofIII凝胶注模成型法制备PZT压电陶瓷theexperimen

6、taloperationtimeandotherfactorstodeterminetheinitiatoragentandthecatalystisaddedinanamountof2.5%and1.25%bymassofthemonomer.Thefactorsthataffecttheperformanceofgreenbodyandsinteredbodywerealsostudiedinthispaper.Thestudyfoundthatthecompressivestrengthofthegreenbodyisincreasedast
