1、摘要根据销售反馈信息总结的数据,斗笠式刀库换刀气缸的故障率,占到刀库整体故障率的70%。通过对几种与换刀气缸运动方式相似的机构进行对比,得出新式凸轮式代替的换刀装置。根据换刀凸轮的工作机理进行分析,确定了修正正弦曲线作为凸轮运动曲线。初步确定运动参数,并进行压力角计算,得出37.9°,满足直动凸轮设计基本要求。对整个刀库系统进行受力分析,得出凸轮的受力情况,轨道接触面最大受力为173N,所需最大功率为78W,最大转矩为49.7NM。通过赫兹公对接触面进行强度校核,得出σ=238MPa,小于所选材料45钢的极限应力。得
