2、beimprovedfrommanyaspectswhenitisappliedinmicrofield.Thegoalofthispaperistoestablishasimpleandefficientmicroscopic3Dreconstructionsystemwithmonocularmicroscopyandapplyittothesurfacereconstructionofmicro-scaleobjects,thusprovidingessentialreferencesformicroscopicinspection.Themaintasksandachieve

3、mentsareasfollows:1.Comparativestudyofimagefocusingevaluationfunction.Imagefocusingevaluationfunctionisoneoftheimportantbasistomakemicro-visionsystemfocusrapidly.Ninespecificimagefocusingevaluationfunctionsofthreekindshavebeenstudied.Howtherobustnessofdifferentkindsofevaluationfunctionchangewhe

4、nmanificationandnoiseintensitychangewasanalyzedthroughexperiments.Thefocusingqualityevaluationschemeofmicroscopicimagecollectionwasfinallydeterminedwiththestudyresults.2.Thestudyofthekeypointdetectionandmatchingalgorithmofimages.Keypointdetectionandmatchingarecrucialelementsofreconstructionprec

5、ision.Thischapterintroducedconstraintbasedonlocalgeometricconsistencyoftransformonthebaseofperformancecomparisonoffourusualkeypointdetectionalgorithmsandthencreatedanewoutlierremovalalgorithm.Thisalgorithmcanobtainmorematchingpointsandmeanwhilereducethematchingerrorsubstantially.Also,itcanelimi
