2、andhumanmotionanalysis.However,buildingasystemthatcanadapttoarbitraryobjectsandawiderangeoflightingconditionsisachallengingproblem,especiallyifhardreal-timeconstraintsapplylikeinroboticsscenarios.Inthiswork,weintroduceamethodforlearningadiscriminativeobjecttrackingsystembasedontherecentstruct
3、uredregressionframeworkforobjectlocalization.UsingakernelfunctionthatallowsfastevaluationontheGPU,theresultingsystemcanprocessvideostreamsatspeedof100framespersecondormore.Consecutiveframesinhighspeedvideosequencesaretypicallyveryre-dundant,andfortraininganobjectdetectionsystem,itissucientto
4、havetraininglabelsfromonlyasubsetofallimages.Weproposeanactivelearningmethodthatselecttrainingexamplesinadata-drivenway,therebyminimizingtherequirednumberoftraininglabeling.Ex-perimentsonrealisticdatashowthattheactivelearningissuperiortopreviouslyusedmethodsfordatasetsubsamplingforthistask.1I

6、tion.Duetotheimportanceoftheproblem,manydierentsolutionshavebeenproposedbothinacademicresearchprojectsaswellasforindustrialapplications.Despitegreatprogressincomputervisionresearch,mostsolutionsusedinindustrystillrelyuponcontrolledenvironmentalconditionsthatcanonlybeachievedonfactory
