2、提高整个供应链的运作效率和降低供应链的运行的总成本，提升供应链的整体竞争能力。本文以DM公司为研究对象，综合应用供应链和供应链管理的相关理论，对供应链环境下的库存管理进行了研究，并且比较目前理论界流行的几种供应链库存管理模式(VMI、JMI和CFPR)，运用它们的管理思想，论文分析了DM公司供应链管理现状和现有库存管理问题，并且对库存问题发生原因进行分析：牛鞭效应的影响、供应链上的不确定因素导致库存管理问题、供应链上信息不清晰、缺乏供应链的整体观念、缺乏完备的库存管理体系、人员素质有待提高，管理水平低下。在此基础上，论文重点对DM公司的供应
