2、fLiChang-yininTreatingdiarrhea-irritablebowelsyndrome(D-IBS),andObservetheinterventiononvisceralhypersensitivity,andthescienceoftheoreticalandexperimentalbasisforChinesemedicinetreatmentofthedisease.Methods:(一)Clinicalresearch:160patientsmettheinclusioncriteriawererandomlydividedintoexp
3、erimentalgroup(80cases)andcontrolgroup(80cases),respectively,giveLiChang-yinandDicetel(Pinaveriumbromide)oraltreatmentlastedfourweeks.ObservedaftertreatmenttherearealwaysefficiencyandefficacyofTCMsymptoms,adversereactionsandtherelapserate.(二)Experimentalstudy:120ratswererandomlydividedi
4、ntoblankcontrolgroup(groupA,20);modelcontrolgroup(groupB,20);LiChang-yin,intheLow,mediumandhighdosegroup(CandDandGroupE,20);westernmedicinetheDicetelgroup(groupF,20).Usingcolonchronicstimulationmodeling,aftermodelingsuccesseachgrouptoitscorrespondingdrugorally,after2weeksobservedthechan
5、gesintheserum,colontissue5-HT,SPlevels.(三)Resuit:(一)Resultsofclinicalstudiesshow:1.Aftertreatment,thetotalefficiencycompared:theexperimentalgroupwas91.25%and71.25%inthecontrolgroup,theexperimentalgroupthanthecontrolgroup,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.01).2.Thetwogroupsint
6、heTCMSyndrome,totalsymptomscorewereimprovedaftertreatmentthanbeforetreatment(P<0.01orP<0.05).Theexperimentalgroupaftertreatmentinimprovingpatientswithabdominaldistensionvectorgas,XiongXiezhangmen,depression,irritability,fatiguelazywordsappetiteappetitetermsofefficacythanthecontrolgroup(
