2、ybringstringentspecificationsintermsofminiaturization,lowphasenoiseandlowcost.Generally,techniquestoimplementmillimeter-waveoscillationarefrequencymultiplication,push-pushorNthpush,directoscillation,andsoon.Thesemethodshavemoreorlessdrawbacks,soitisnecessarytostudynewmethodstod

3、evelopmillimeter-wavesources.ThispaperresearchesaKa-bandharmonicoscillatorbasedonlow-temperatureco-firedceramic(LTCC)technology.Purposesoftheresearchincludepresentingtheoreticalandtechnicalsupportsformillimeter-wavesourcesusedindistance/velocity-measuringradar.Inthispaper,thefu

4、ndamentalfrequencyoftheoscillatoris15GHz.Themaintaskistogetahighoutputpoweratthesecondharmonicfrequency.Specifically,itincludesasfollow:1)Studyingtherelativetheoryandtechnologyofhighoutputpoweratthesecondharmonicfrequency.2)Studyingtherelativetheoryofphasenoiseinharmonicoscilla

5、tor.3)Basedonthethree-dimensionalstructureinLTCCtechnology,thispaperproposesahighperformanceKa-bandband-passfilterusingsubstrateintegratedwaveguide(SIW)andaKu-bandinter-digitalfilterusingdifferentlayerplacedstripe-lineresonators.Allfiltershavesmallsizeandgoodperformanceinpassba
