1、中国石油大学(华东)硕士学位论文深井泵气锚分气效率计算方法研究姓名:苗志国申请学位级别:硕士专业:油气田开发工程指导教师:李明忠20080401摘要气锚是深井泵采油中重要的配套井下工具,尤其对高气油比油井的生产,其分离效果的好坏将直接影响泵效和油井产量。本文针对井下气锚分气机理及分气效率进行了探讨性研究,研究了不同类型气锚的结构特性、分气原理;通过对其内流体速度场及气泡受力的分析,推导出简化的气泡分离数学模型,尝试提出了不同类型气锚的理论分离效率的公式;为实现井下气液分离器内流场的数值模拟计算,在气液两相流的基础上,针对不同类型气锚,建立了
2、以液相为连续相、气相为分散相的三维流动模型,确定了相应的控制方程组及方程的离散化方法;应用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对重力式气锚和螺旋式气锚内气液两相流流动进行了数值模拟,得到了气锚内流体的流场分布情况,并对气锚结构参数及操作参数对气锚分气效率的影响进行了敏感性分析。流场仿真结果与气锚内流场分布规律的理论分析基本一致,从而为井下气水分离器的结构参数设计以及工况参数的优选提供了一定理论依据。关键词:气液两相流,油气分离,气锚,分气效率,数值模拟StudyonSeparationEfficiencyCalculationMethodofDee
