1、以人为本的企业文化构建研究钱维琼西南科技大学网络学院工商管理专业工商管理09秋级专升本【摘要】:21世纪企业间的竞争,最根本的就是文化竞争,可以说好的企业文化就是企业生存与发展的核心竞争力。企业文化包含多个方面,多种层次,其中以人为本是企业文化的核心和灵魂,企业应该着力构建以人为本的企业文化。首先介绍了建立以人为本企业文化的理论基础,即内部营销理论,并用该理论解释怎样建设以人为本的企业文化,还阐述了建立该文化的关键是让员工与企业目标一致、利益一致以达到共同发展。【关键词】:企业文化以人为本领导体制 第10页共10页Researchonestablishmentofenterprisecu
