4、eemphasiswasmoreonsubjectivitythanonobjectivity,moreonfeelingthanonthought.Overthepasttenyears,however,anumberofstudiesofAmerica'sschoolshavecriticizedtheneglectofcriticalthink,andagrowingnumberofeducatorsandleadersinbusiness,industry,andtheprofessionshaveurgedthedevelopmentofnewcours
5、esandteachingmaterialstoovercomethatneglect.Itisnoexaggerationtosaythatcriticalthinkingisoneofthemostimportantsubjectsyouwillstudyincollegeregardlessofyouracademicmajor.Thequalityofyourschoolwork,youreffortsinyourcareer,yourcontributionstocommunitylife,andyourconductofpersonalaffairsw
