3、orithmsareproposed.Theresourcemanagementisdividedintolocalcontrolandoverallcontrolphases.ThispaperalsocarriesouttheoryproofoftheoptimalforSVMSalgorithm,ensuresloadbalanceandresourceutilization,meetstheservicequalityrequirementsofapplications.(3)Forresourceallocationmanagementofnolimit,theinitia

4、lphasedetermineswhichVMshouldbemigratedbasedonmeetingQoS,maximizingresourceutilizationandminimizingmigrationoverhead.ItalsopresentstheSearchVirtualMachine(SVM)algorithmforthisphase.Thesecondstageformulatesmigrationprogram,andthendesignsImprovedMigration(IM)algorithmtomigrateVMs,withtheaimofleas

5、tnumberofphysicalmachinesandthelargestresourceutilization,whichreducetheusageofmachine,ensuringthecertainresourceutilization.TheCPUallocationcontrolexperimentonXeniscarriedoutforthesingleresourceallocationmanagement.Theresultsshowthatwhenthetargetutilizationratechangesovertime,themodelisabletot

6、rackthesechangesquickly,sothattheresourcesallocationvaluealsovarieswiththechange.Theallocationvaluecanachievethetargetutilizationrequirements,andutilizationscanquicklyconvergetothetargetvalue.Thesimulativeemulationofmulti-machineresourcemanagementshowsthattheSVMSMalgorithmgetsgreatimprovementsi
