2、标体系，并引入去量纲和信息熵理论确定指标值和权重，通过对常规白化权函数改进，建立基于改进灰色聚类评估法的评估模型，结合实际情况对配电网应急可靠性进行综合评估。最后，算例采用雷达图和SPSS软件对比分析证明了改进法具有较高的可靠性，并结合实际提出了相应的整改意见，对不同配电网的应急可靠性对比和竞争以及提升配电网自动化水平具有较好的指导意义。关键词：配电网；应急可靠性评估；改进灰色聚类法；白化权函数；信息熵理论中图分类号：TM72文献标识码：B文章编号：1001-1390（2017）18-0000-00Res
