3、dbyendnodeswithlimitedpowerormemoryopticalcommunications.Thesesystemsmaybesubjecttoresources.Oftendeployedinmobileandextremeenvironmentshighlatencieswithpredictableinterruption(e.g.duetolackingcontinuousconnectivity,manysuchnetworkshavetheirplanetarydynamicsorthepassing

4、ofascheduledship),mayownspecializedprotocols,anddonotutilizeIP.Toachievesufferoutageduetoenvironmentalconditions(e.g.weather),interoperabilitybetweenthem,weproposeanetworkarchitectureormayprovideapredictably-availablestore-and-forwardandapplicationinterfacestructuredaro

5、undoptionally-reliablenetworkservicethatisonlyoccasionallyavailable(e.g.low-asynchronousmessageforwarding,withlimitedexpectationsofearthorbitingsatellitesthat“pass”byperiodicallyeachday).end-to-endconnectivityandnoderesources.Thearchitectureoperatesasanoverlayabovethetr
