4、tsource/channelcodingapproach,WaveVideooffersahighdegreeoferrortoleranceonnoisychannels,stillbeingcompetitiveintermsofcompression.Adaptationtochannelconditionsanduserrequirementsisimplementedonthreelevels.Thecodingitselffeaturesspatialandtemporalmeasu
