2、heAs(Ⅲ)andAs(Ⅴ))ismoretoxicthanorganicarsenicspecies,andespeciallytrivalentarsenite(As(III))hasobviouscarcinogenictoxicity.Thereforeanalysisoftotalamountofarsenicpresentinenvironmentalsamplecouldnotprovideforcomprehensiveinformationabouttheirtoxiceffect.Inordert
3、oin-depthmonitorandcontrolarsenicpollution,itisinurgentdemandforstandardanalyticalsystemforarsenicspeciationinenvironment.Hydridegeneration-atomicfluorescencespectrometry(HG-AFS)canachieveseparationofarsenicfromthematrixinthehydrogenationstage,whichcaneliminatem
4、atrixinterferencesandimprovetheanalyticalsensitivityeffectively.InadditiontheequipmentcostofHG-AFSislowandtheoperationprocedureissimpleandreliable.Thereforeinourwork,basedontheadvanceddevelopmentintherelatedinternationalresearchgroup,wecloselycollaboratewithourp
5、artnersfor“studyonnewlyHG-AFSinterfacedanalyticaltechniquesoninorganicarsenicspeciation(As(Ⅲ)andAs(Ⅴ))inenvironment”.(1)WefirstlydevelopedaChinesestandardsystemforspeciationanalysisofAs(Ⅲ) andAs(Ⅴ)inwatersamplebyintermittentflowinjection(FI)hydridegeneration(HG)
6、 combinedwithatomicfluorescencespectrometry(AFS).Basedondifferenthydrogenation behaviorofAs(Ⅲ)andAs(Ⅴ)incitricacidicsamplebuffer,whichshowedAs(Ⅲ)can givehydrogensignals,whiclAs(Ⅴ)didnotgivehydrogensignals,thestandardsystemfor thespeciationanalysisofAs(Ⅲ)andAs(Ⅴ)
